The Jazz Club presents 10 or 11 concerts a year at the Cramphorn Theatre (next to the Civic Theatre) in Fairfield Road, Chelmsford.

The majority of concerts are held on Sundays at lunchtime, although in the summer months some are held in the evening.

The jazz favoured by members is mainstream and traditional and the club is justly proud of the quality of the musicians, both British and American (with the occasional European), who have appeared.

For an annual subscription of £8.00 (£14.00 joint) members are entitled to a £2.00 reduction on normal ticket prices, and priority advance booking at the Civic Theatre Box Office.

A monthly newsletter passes on information about our own club, as well as items of interest about other local venues.
